Hall Hire Costs and Extras
Caldecote Village Hall offers clear and competitive hire rates for both one-off events and regular bookings. Whether you’re using the Main Hall, the Meeting Room, or both spaces together, our pricing is straightforward and includes up to one hour before and after your booking for setup and clear-up—at no extra charge. Below, you’ll find full details of our hourly rates, included amenities, and optional extras to help you plan your event with ease.
Notes
- As part of our hire terms, we do allow access into the hall up to 1 hour if required before your booked time to set up and allow 1 hour after for clearing up. These additional hours are granted free of charge. Therefore for example for an all day hire from say 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, you would be charged 8 hrs x £25.00 = £200.00, but are permitted in the hall from 8.00 am to set up and clear away by 6.00 pm. We will make allowance for the set up / clear away time when you book, but if you know you won’t need the full hours, please let us know as this can help with fitting in other bookings.
- With your hire cost you get use of tables and chairs available in an adjacent store room, and the kitchen facility with use of all appliances and mixed crockery, cutlery etc within the kitchen cupboards.
- A matching set of white china and glasses, accessories etc for approx 100 settings. Any breakages to be charged retrospectively.
